Combo Brows offer the best of both worlds, blending microblading hair strokes with soft shading for a beautifully natural yet fuller look. Hair-like strokes create realistic definition, while gentle shading with a tattoo machine adds depth and density. This versatile technique is ideal for nearly everyone, providing a balanced, enhanced brow that feels both natural and refined.

Your permanent makeup procedure takes approximately 3 hours to complete. We begin with a pre-numbing treatment to minimize discomfort and swelling. While numbing sets in, we select a custom pigment to complement your skin tone. Next, we “map” your brows—carefully considering your bone structure, natural hair growth, and face shape to design a brow that enhances your features. Brow shapes are never one-size-fits-all; each set is uniquely tailored to you.
During the procedure, numbing is maintained for comfort. Most clients experience minimal to no discomfort, though everyone’s sensitivity differs. Brows will initially appear darker and will lighten by about 30% once healed. Full healing takes 6 weeks, with an optional touch-up at the 6–8 week mark (most clients do not require a touch-up).
* Gently cleanse your brows morning and night for the first 7 days using water and a mild, unscented cleanser like Dial Soap, Cetaphil, or baby shampoo. Use fingertips and rinse thoroughly; pat dry with a clean tissue.
* Days 7–14, reduce cleansing to once daily.
* Apply a tiny, rice-sized amount of aftercare cream 3 times daily with a cotton swab. Avoid over-applying; product should be barely visible. Never apply product to damp or wet skin.
* Avoid sleeping on your face for the first 10 days and refrain from rubbing the area.
* No makeup on your brows for at least 14 days. After 14 days, makeup and skincare routines may resume. Limit sweating to preserve pigment.
* Avoid sun exposure and tanning beds for at least 14 days. After healing, use sunblock to help prevent fading.
* No swimming or soaking for at least 14 days. Even after healing, apply Vaseline before swimming to protect pigment from chlorine or saltwater.
* Avoid Retin-A, retinol, or glycolic acids on your brows during and after healing.
All cosmetic tattoos are considered semi-permanent and typically last 1–3 years, depending on skincare, medications, sun exposure, and adherence to aftercare. While fading occurs over time, pigment may never fully disappear. Annual color boosts are recommended to maintain vibrancy. Clients currently taking antibiotics or who have completed antibiotics within the past month must wait 30 days before receiving permanent makeup to avoid impacting results.
Permanent makeup is not recommended for clients on blood thinners, as it can complicate healing. Please consult your physician about temporarily adjusting medication if necessary.
